1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
We accept returns of products under the following specific conditions. Please note that we do not offer “refund-only” transactions (refund without return). A refund is strictly contingent upon the physical return of the item to us in acceptable condition.
- Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
- Item Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. All original tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be present and intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is mandatory.
- Exclusions: The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or incorrect upon delivery:
- Products that have been used, installed, damaged, or altered.
- Items not in their original, sealed packaging.
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance events (these will be clearly marked).
- Gift cards or downloadable software products.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- The product name(s) you wish to return.

- Receive Instructions: Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for where and how to send the package. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked packages.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status.
- Approved Returns: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we have received and verified the returned item. The timing of the credit appearing on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

5. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
- Return Shipping: As stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is our fault.
- Original Shipping: The original shipping and handling charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: We do not currently charge a restocking fee for returns that comply with our policy. However, for returns of large or bulk orders, or in cases where the return reason is “changed mind,” we reserve the right to deduct any associated handling or processing fees (which would be communicated upfront).
