  • Dispatch vs. Delivery:‌ The times listed above are estimates for transit ‌after‌ your order has been dispatched from our facility (West Hill Farm, Elstronwick, HU12 9BP). They do not include the 1-3 business day processing period.
  • Business Days:‌ These are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery Delays:‌ While we do our best to meet these estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather, carrier network issues, customs clearance (for international orders), or incorrect/incomplete address details. We appreciate your understanding.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also log into your “My Account” section on our website to view the status of your orders.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy & PO Boxes

  • Accuracy is Crucial:‌ Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. You can update your default address in your “My Account” section.

For customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom:

These fees are not collected by VANTASTIC PARTS LIMITED at checkout and are not included in the product or shipping price.

7. Failed or Undeliverable Shipments

If a carrier attempts delivery but is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available to sign, incorrect address), they will typically leave a notice with instructions. It is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier using the provided tracking information to arrange for re-delivery or pickup from a local depot.

  • If a package is returned to us as “undeliverable” or “unclaimed,” we will contact you. We can refund the cost of the merchandise (minus the original shipping costs) or re-ship the order once a valid address is confirmed and additional shipping fees are paid.

8. Missing or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packing your “must-have car tools” to ensure they arrive safely. However, issues can sometimes occur in transit.

  • Damaged Package:‌ If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible, or note the damage with the delivery driver.
